After installing it into PCI slot #2, I immediately noticed a 10% drop in the temperature of my Northbridge!  Additionally, my Radeon 9800xt graphics card was running much cooler, allowing for improved overclocking!  <br />I now install a Cyclone Blower into every computer I build or rebuild, as this product is so effective and easy to install.  For best results, I recommend installing this into PCI slot #2, leaving PCI slots #1 and #3 vacant.  This allows air to circulate better, and keeps the fan housing from physically touching PCI cards.  If there\'s space for it, the Antec Cyclone Blower is an excellent addition to improve a computer system\'s performance and stability! Well, it works well. This fan took all the heat especially from my graphics card and blew it out the back of the case instead of just moving it around the inside, which reduced the heat in the case and made the computer run more stable in the process. I had two fans, one 120mm in the backside and one 80mm in front. this was just an extra. <br /> it was very easy to install it, it used one slot (I have so many left). it can give you extra improvement of temp inside case. Since my video card only has a heatsink without a fan (and I have a case fan in the front of my computer case blowing into the case), the airflow is perfect for cooling my video card. The fan intake is very close to my video card heatsink and there is now a good flow of air exiting out of the fan at the back of my computer. <br /> The specifications on the box said 22CFM and 2200RPM. This did not match the specs on the title or specs on the pricegrabber description. The operation is quiet, and I monitored the temperature of the case to be 2C cooler at idle and about 3-4C cooler at load.  It may not seem much but it could save your CPU from locking up due to high temperatures during gaming.<br /><br />I think it is fairly useless for a video card because the fan sucks air in from the side.  This is in direct opposition to the video card fan.
