Strengths:A great netbook. Nice Keyboard for the size.Excellent screen. Battery lasts a long time
Weaknesses:Customer Service is horrible
Summary:I work for company that recently sold 56 of these to a school. Of the 56, 5 had DOA batteries. I called the support number and was emailed an X-Ship RMA form that you have to fax in. I have faxed in the form over 5 times now. Calling the support number they say they don\'t know the status as they are not at the same location as where the forms are faxed to. After many calls they said a supervisor would call me with in 24 - 48 hours. It\'s been over 72 hours now and no one has called. It has been over a week now since I first sent in the forms. The distributor that we purchased these from said that any DOA product have to go through the manufacturer. I am guessing they have that policy because they know how horrible ASUS\'s Eee PC division is about handling RMA\'s.

I did get to use one of the working units for about 2 weeks and I loved it. But beware if you purchase this make sure the company you purchase it from will replace the unit in the first 30 days directly instead of having to deal with ASUS. If not find a company that will.
