At the end of the warranty period (3 years on this product) they will NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY!  If your controller fails all is lost!  Our most recent one failed at a year and a half, we have spent 5 WEEKS working with them to repair, they have sent us incorrect units, and now tell us they are out of stock and won\'t return phone calls!!!  We have  A RAID 5 TRASH CAN at this point.
