It is very easy to use.  I did find that a lot of tape was wasted when printing one label at a time.  What I do now is type in my information for a few labels and just leave 2-3 spaces between the different titles.  Then I just take a pair of scissors and cut.  This does prevent a lot of tape from being wasted.  I purchased the industrial tape and now have got my husband involved in the organization of the garage.  The printing is concise and easy to read. Comes with a lot of printing options, size and width of tape, symbols, bold, italic, underline, etc.  Haven\'t had it long enough to know how long the batteries last.  Takes 6 AAA batteries.  Backing on tape is split the length of the tape, making it easy to peel off. Of course, the adapter is not included.
