I paid about $ 75 for it. Arrived in 2 days. The switch is QUIET as there are no cooling fans. It has a smaller foot-print and does come with brackets. Not rack mountable as it is smaller than its older model. So far working great. It has a 5 year warranty - one of the highest in its class. <br /> <br /> The old switch had a fan, which has become very noisy, but that switch still works great. I\'ve used it for a few LANs at my house and never had a problem.  Most ports I\'ve used simultaneously is about 18-21.
