Summary:It worked great for a litle over a month, and then it just stopped working... Won\'t appear as a USB decice when plugged into my computer... D-Link customer support is sketchy at best... It\'s taken hours to even have someone that could start to address my problem!!

Strengths:Plug-n-play away on 10.4.8.

Weaknesses:I\'m not on a Wintel box, so I didn\'t find any that you may run into.

Summary:. . .just like the Mac I plugged it into. What the freak more do you want? (Sorry Wintel users.) 10.4.8. Manual has 4.5 pages for Wintel users and a CD to boot. Mac instructions are twice as long as they need to be at two sentances. (Actually, they don\'t really need to be there at all and the CD is not required.) My value rating includes the $10 rebate, bringing the final price to $20. Performance may be affected by all of the garbage in my small house affecting the signal strength after 15-20 feet.

Summary:This is an awesome unit. Very discreet. One problem is that sometimes, the unit does not work properly with certain external USB hubs. But so far there is no major problems.

Strengths:Very fast and reliability on the data transfer

Weaknesses:The size of the item could have be smaller

Summary:Product is fairly good for the price and is very reliable on very angle. I have use it on my lap top and mible phone to transfer the data. Compare to the other products that is out there, this is the best one out there. I would buy another one for my other computers.

Strengths:Small

Weaknesses:Misleading LEDs. Pricier than similar devices.

Summary:This is probably the smallest, shortest USB Bluetooth adapter you can find on the market so far. Hardware manual is very intuitive printed, but I was hoping there were a printed version for software manual too (you can find the latter in the CD though). The two indicators (Link and Power) seem to be the same LED actually... That\'s kind of misleading... And no, it is not blue but green. Synchronizing one PC with my cell phone (T610) is easy, but I got errors (usually duplicated items) when trying to sync two computers and the cell phone-- it\'s probably Windows/Office\'s fault though. Don\'t get me wrong... overall, it\'s still a pretty solid product.

*Remarks for PC users:
Be sure to buy the version with \"Windows\" logo on the package. I\'ve heard that although it\'s the same hardware for the Mac version, it doesn\'t come with a software key that you need to input to activate the Bluetooth Stack software that is required on PC. The newer Mac versions have a model # of DBT-120M, but some older ones are still labeled DBT-120.

Summary:i read a review by another customer before i bought this who said something like it was truly plug and play. i didn\'t find installation to be that easy. took me 2 or 3 hours on my laptop, which runs windows XP, and even longer on my desktop, which runs windows 98.

at this point i am able to sync my pda with my computers and the activesync works great with the adapter. its really awesome being to sync without cables. its also really cool being able to go on the internet using your pda through a bluetooth connection.

had installation been a little easier, i\'d give the product 5 stars, but because it was a little frustrating getting it going, i gave it 4 stars. its possible that my installation problems were unique to me. so i\'ll just reiterate that the adapter works well.

Strengths:Simple plug and play technology, no software, no drivers.

Summary:It couldn\'t be easier to use. I just plugged it into an existing USB port on my PowerMac and away I went. Immediately synced up my Sony Ericsson T616 with no problem.

Summary:The product was very easy to set-up on my Dell workstation. Instructions were simple and results were as anticipated. The range is as claimed in the technical specifications (it\'s even used in an industrial environment)and I was able to communicate with my PDA and other devices. I would definetely purchase again.

Summary:I bought the DBT120 to sync with my palm Tungsten T. I have had no problems. The device is very small which works well with my laptop. I am able to transfer files between my desktop and laptop effortlessly via bluetooth.

Strengths:iMac plug-n-play, just attached i to my Mac keyboard USB slot, basically disappears and is barely noticeable!

Weaknesses:Range is a bit iffy, but that\'s more of a Bluetooth issue.

Summary:Plug it into the iMac, go to the Bluetooth utility (Applications/Utilities/Bluetooth setup.

It automatically found my cell phone (Nokia 3650) and immediately paired with it, no problems.

So, very easy to use so far, great for synching up my address book with my phone so I don\'t have to retype everything in to my new phone!

Excellent little device, super-small profile, worked well out of the box.

Summary:I bought to use with my 15\" Apple Powerbook Ti and a new Nokia 3650. It worked like a charm. No setup required for adaptor--plug and play all the way! It seems to do a good job with reception in a circular radius and finds the phone quickly. I have had no problems with the connection.

Summary:Ok I own a Mac and I love it and the fact that all I had to do was plug it in the usb port in the back and play was very solid. In fact I don\'t understand why I didn\'t have bluetooth from the begining? So I got a bluetooth apple mouse and keyboard next Bluetooth Cell phone.

Strengths:Works flawlessly with all of my bluetooth products. New Drivers make the product very easy to setup and use.

Weaknesses:Drivers out of the box are useless.

Summary:I use this to sync my Nokia 3650 and my Ipaq 3870 to my PC. This is plugged into a USB hub and was very easy to setup once I downloaded the latest drivers from the Dlink website. There is some confusion with requesting a certificate for the drivers (for secure sync), but after following the directions, I had the certificate in my inbox in seconds and was ready to go. I just purchased a second one of these for my wife\'s machine, so that she can sync her SonyErricson T610 with her PC. I will also use this connection to sit in the living room and browse the Internet from my Ipaq.

Summary:I\'ll probably have to update this is once I really start testing its durability. So far, I couldn\'t ask for anything more. Great price. Tiny size. Immediatly recognized by my mac. What else could I ask for?

Oh yea, it comes with a usb extension cord in case you need more range or need to get it out from behind a desktop.
