Comes with a POE converter so you can mount it anywhere, including inside a suspended ceiling.  Sturdy aluminum case plenum rated.</div><div class="weaknesses"><b>Weaknesses:</b>None that I\'ve found.  It\'s very stable, never needs reset like most other \"disposable\" AP\'s like linksys cheap ones.</div><div class="summary"> <b>Summary:</b>We trust our web based application to run on these at our clients offices which are medical facilities and these work wonderfully.  Signal is very strong and reaches far, antennas are upgradeble, the POE is very convienent.  Just plug it in at the switch and run your cable Anywhere!  We replaced all of our cheap linksys, microsoft etc APs that kept dropping the signal and needing to be reset.
