I called D-Link and struggled through their automated answering system maze...I held 40 minutes to talk with a technician!!! When the technician answered the phone, he was polite and tried to be helpful but was simply reading the prompts from his computer.  Then, to top it all off, right when we were getting to the meat of the matter, we were disconnected.  I managed to get the router to work through the brief conversation with the Tech Rep and good common sense.
