The ability to listen to music from your computer and switch over to your desk phone is really awesome. I guess it\'s the simple things. I can travel with the headset all the way into the shop and around our concrete building and I still can hear my music playing. Unlike the Plantronics CS55 combined with the HL10 lifter, I cannot hear my phone when it is ringing and I am away from my desk. I believe there is a headset lifter that you can buy separately that can do that for you. The sound quality for incoming and outgoing calls is much clearer than the Plantronics. When listening to music however, the music sounds a little muffled. I plan on buying more of the Jabra GN9350e headsets for the rest of the office. The headset comes with three ear piece holders (over the ear, headband, and around the neck). I have not tried the latter two, but the over the ear is the most comfortable to me. Unlike the Plantronics, the over the ear is not annoying or uncomfortable.
