Bought 2 of these with SageTV PVR software (<a href=http://sagetv.com>sagetv.com...</a>) and now I have PVR in the living room, bedroom and kitchen and no monthly fees. MCE media extenders are $250 and up and don\'t work as well. SageTV did a really nice job of integrating their software with the MediaMVP, it\'s quick, reliable and easy to setup. Also has PC client software so I can watch TV on my laptop anywhere. The hardware seems to work fine and I have no complaints about it.  The remote control works well also.  One limitation is that the firmware is stored in RAM rather than flash memory, so you can\'t reboot the MediaMVP unless you have a TFTP server running.  For the intended use where a PC is the media server, this doesn\'t matter.<br /><br />The supplied software & firmware works OK, but is fairly limited, or at least I think it is.  The biggest problem is the lack of documentation, especially for the 2.5 \"beta\" software release.  It\'s very hard to figure out how to set things up and troubleshoot problems. DivX/xVid support is so nice to have - device enlarges/scales the image to fit your screen. MP3 support is fine, but music library display is lacking: poor support for long names, can\'t skip within \'play all in folder\'. It works pretty good when connected to a wireless gaming adapter accessing a wireless desktop (although I do get an occasional signal drop). And they love the new features to pause, fast forward, and rewind live tv! <br />  <br /> If you don\'t already have a PVR setup, don\'t worry -- the provided Hauppauge software will allow you to access MP3s, pictures and video on your PC as well as Internet Radio Stations.
