It has been working great. There are four USB ports on the dock, which allow me to plug in my mouse, external keyboard, as well as my laser printer. I think this is the best docking station on the market.  It has everything that I  need which includes DVI and 4 USB ports. It allows for the machine to be locked into the dock, and the Kensington lock port on the dock allows the whole thing to be secured. One of my favorite features is the DVI port, but the convenience of having additional expansion and ease of use allows for my laptop to be both a portable workstation and a desktop. It just worked (with Linux) on my T60p.  I really like that it has a lot of extra USB ports and most importantly a DVI-D port.  By itself the T60p does not have a DVI-D port (just HD15 VGA), so the dock allows you to digitally attach a monitor for the crispest display possible. <br />  <br /> I would have preferred to not have to use the key to dock and undock it.
