This is well designed phone (I say that because I do product design for living), robust and well thought through. Display is great, good sized screen (touch screen is good), easy to hold to and feels good in hand. The blue tooth engages fast when working in my car, the WIFI works great and is fast. All in all, this is nice phone that does a lot of things, tad on the big side (and square), but if I don\'t use the supplied case, it will fit in my pocket just fine. This phone has a battery the size of Texas, and yet it is drained very fast for whatever reason and that leads me to my problem with \"Pharos\" customer support, the manufacturer of this phone. Pharos should make sure the people answering the phone in the customer service know how to talk to people in general and to customers in particular!!   I had a problem with the battery right away and contacted Pharos for solution to the battery issue (battery meter goes down fast). Pharos sent me a new batter that never charged and never lasted of 16 seconds, so after yet another call to their support center, they gave me RMA number and asked me to send the phone, batteries, and charger. Two weeks later I had to call Pharos and ask where is my phone; one of the support personnel told me they will work on the phone when they have time to do so and \"there is no time limit  as to when to get to it\". Needless to say, I was not happy with this answer and asked for his supervisor which I did not get to talk to. Shortly after my encounter with this gentleman, I received a call from nice voiced lady telling me the phone is being tested by her and the phone is behaving normal with no issues at all. The phone is Windows Mobile operated and it\'s touch screen. I\'m currently using Microsoft Live Search for the GPS software. The internal GPS receiver is very strong and accurate. I was even able to acquire a GPS signal indoors, while I was sitting next to a window. I was able to synchronize my Outlook information using Windows Vista without any problems. Also, Pharos customer support is very helpful and courteous. I gave them a call to clarify some questions that I had regarding memory usage and Wi-Fi set-up. They answered the phone after a few seconds!!! This made me feel even more confident about my purchase.
