Strengths:Easy set-up
Weaknesses:Difficulty maintaining connection, handset slides off the holder
Summary:I think the concept is great - automatic handset lifter so you don\'t have to walk over to the phone. However, in reality, the device is just not quite there. Either the handset slides to the floor when lifted, or it does not re-seat properly when you hang up, requiring you to cross the room and re-seat it. So much for convenience.

Strengths:Easy to install, performs better than advertised, a great time saving device.
Weaknesses:Ear piece can be uncomfortable until you find the one that fits, they supply several.
Summary:This is a great investment, it improves employee moral and increases their efficiency--win, win. It is also a great convenience, it saves many in office missed calls. Installs in about 30 minutes the first time and then takes about 5 minutes to install once you know how.

Strengths:Multiple head bands
Weaknesses:None
Summary:After owning both the CS50 and CS70 models, I am most pleased with the Plantronics CS55. It operates in the 1.9GHz frequency range and the most pleasing feature is it includes both full and over the ear style head bands. It is my favorite model of the 3 Plantronics styles that I have tried so far.

Strengths:superb sound quality , long range , phenominal battery life , fast charging , also works on regular home phones
Weaknesses:the \'over the ear\' hanger , is not very comfortable.
Summary:this ear-piece can work on any land line phone , just be sure that the key-pad is on the base not on the hand-set. it will work with multiline phones as long as the phone can switch lines automatically for in-coming calls.

Strengths:Lightweight headset, automatic lifter, complete solution in one box
Weaknesses:Expensive
Summary:We purchased several these headsets for use by our sales team. The headsets work well and have a range that covers the entire office. The use of these headsets and the handsfree ability to answer sales calls for anywhere in the building has provided us with a market advantage. Great product. Will purchase for all new sales agents.

Strengths:Lightweight. Additional ear piece attachments. Sound is excellent.
Weaknesses:Wish I could put my four lines on hold from the head set. A remote would be nice.
Summary:Love it. Easy to use (after I read the instructions twice). No one can tell I\'m using a headset and it really frees me to do other things while I\'m on the phone. It is so lightweight (compared to another kind I tried). Warranty is two years and better than others. Item was shipped quickly...came in 3 days.
