We have deployed about 20 of them and no complaints from any of the users. My only complaint is that when the internal battery starts to hit the end of its life cycle, there is no way to simply replace the battery like there was on the CS50. I had the original CS70 and the added benefit of noise cancelling is notable.<br />I personally found it comfortable with limited use, but my secretary commented otherwise. She uses it more than I do and feels the pressure on the inner ear after 30 minutes. Plant. Gives various earpiece sized which is great, and you can change ears for added comfort. <br />Distances hasn’t been an issue thus far from 60 feet through walls, and also down one level the same. All calls were still crystal clear. There are several adjustments on the headset and base that were made to correct this however as initial defaults were not as good. <br /> I have read that this can be used with NaturallySpeaking but not tried it myself. <br />My system specs: AT&T Merlin Lucent BIS34 series using the HL-1 handset lifter and online light indicator. I read that the earlier would not work with this system, but it does so just fine.
