Stay away from 10\" and spend a little more for this 12\". I made the mistake of buying a 10\" first, and couldn\'t RMA it at n****g. So i found PROVANTAGE, and TY Joanne N !! SUPER service, price match and SHIPPING. Headphones I have will get used w/ this that solves the sound probs. (all netbooks/ laptops have fair sound) Even my d*** $1600 laptop that\'s my desktop, i use Altec Lansing external speakers. Inherant sound probs unless you spend 3 grand on a laptop. so after a week (and several sleepless nites playing with this) I LOVE IT!! Will update this review after a few months, i wanted to \"steer\" netbook customers to this samsung before they bought a 10\" and regretted it like i did.
