SMC builds rock solid products for the middle of the road consumer. I have been using SMC routers and switches for many years and by far find them to be the most reliable I\'ve used. This switch is fast in detection and uplink to other routers and patch boards. Great warranty. Support for jumbo frames. Comes with rack-mount brackets.</div><div class="weaknesses"><b>Weaknesses:</b>The cables and status lights are all on the front, which is great if you want to rack mount but not so great for a desktop.</div><div class="summary"> <b>Summary:</b>I liked this enough that I went and got a second one. It\'s the only switch currently for under $100 with jumbo frame support. It\'s great being able to make backups of partitions and transfer them over a Gb network in a fraction of the time a 10/100 network supports.
