The handles have broken, the zippers have torn apart, and the handles have broken off twice. I have spent more in my personal time and expense in shipping returns for replacements than I paid for the bag. Targus used to produce quality products but no only seem to manufactur junk. Length is too wide.</div><div class="summary"> <b>Summary:</b>Travelers will appreciate the layout. Top access makes it easy to find things, even in economy-class sized cramped spaces. Use of the roller in an airport to take the weight off your back is excellent, but a better strap would be nice during shoulder carry. The two organizer pouches are removable, and that makes getting to small accessories easy and protects the accessory in the bag. The width may be too wide to use in the aisle of some aircraft, but the depth even fits the small compartments of those little embraer regional jets, so the sacrifice is not severe. The only serious issue is the wheels, they tend to pick up small stones in parking lots and then jam in the well. If not careful, can quickly put flat spots on the wheels and result in a very clunky roller noise afterwards.
