The other 6 just failed. I have them in an office environment to supply battery backup for a computer and monitor and support says that too much for it, then why does it have 6 outlets for battery backup??? my phone or desk lamp/ maybe radio???? The ECO model has the added option to connect to your computer and will turn it off when not in use to save power, that is if it doesnt burn up before then. I am very displeased in this products poor quality. You would think it would handle 1 computer and a monitor, Technical service broke it down to me saying you need to put the monitor on a regular non ups side of the outlet, how the hell am I suppose to save my work and shut down my computer safely without a monitor to see what I am doing....knuckle head.
